The Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (STA) combines Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG) with Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) or Differential 

Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to obtain thermogravimetric and differential thermal information simultaneously by using the same sample in the 

same measurement. The STA is equipped with various heating furnaces and accessories with different characteristics, covering the vast 

majority of materials, including plastics, rubber, synthetic resins, fibers, coatings, oils, ceramics, glass, cement, refractory materials, metals 

and alloys, fuels, explosives, pharmaceuticals, food, etc.

1. Can automatically control the furnace up/down with accurate positioning, can ensure data reproducibility. 

2. By heat flow DSC data gathering way to get the energy and temperature curves.

3. Operators can use standard samples to calibrate the accuracy of temperature, energy, and thermogravimetric.

4. Atmosphere control system uses the Mass Flow Controller (MFC); the triode voltage regulator and steady flow gas can be automatically 

switched in the process of experiment with high precision, good repeatability and quick response.

8. The large-screen LCD displays the status and data of the instrument in real time. There are two sets of 

thermocouples. One set of thermocouples displays the furnace temperature in real time (whether the heating furnace is working or not) and the other set of thermocouples displays the sample temperature during operation.

9. According to the calculation formulas or calculation methods provided by users, we can provide corresponding calculation software in a timely manner. 

10. Self-developed constant temperature controller; constant temperature gas chromatography and mass spectrometry connectors; constant 

temperature belt; can fully ensure the secondary detection of tar and various reaction gases.
